Set-up system:
Very
simple and solid set-up system:
1)
Assemble the big ground frame.
2) Put in the frame two crossing cables.
3) Pull the roof sail over the frame
4) Put 2 legs under the frame
5) Slide mast underneath the roof.
6) Put last 2 legs under frame.
7) Put tension on roof by pulling the 4 small pulleys on corner.
8) Hang in side walls.
Ready.No
pens needed ,no keder system, no dragging around with tarpaulins.
Everything tightens up itself.
Tarpaulins:
- laminated fabric in 5 layers according to North American standard:
- 1 layer of base fabric in 500DDpolyester(black)
- 2 layers of PES mesh against ripping
- 2 layers of white PVC laminate to make wind- and waterproof.
- UV resistant
- fire retardant fabric (according to British Standard)
- all seams are welded with hot air(600°C) for optimal waterproofness.
- all windows are sealed with hot air.
Frame:
- profiles:
- anodized aluminum, scratch free
- diameter 63mm
- wall thickness 3 mm (very solid)
- all profiles divided in short pieces (8ft to 9ft depending on
model) for easy transport.
- heavy corner pieces from injection molded aluminum, wall thickness=6mm
- foot pieces also injection molded aluminum, wall= 6mm
- roof cables: galvanized steel diameter 10mm , anchored very strong.
- 8 heavy pens for ground anchoring.
- 4 hooks + cables for corner/ground anchoring.
- 4 pulleys to make tight top sail.
